Making dark Galadriel from The Lord of the Rings

Since 2014, I have attended Hobbitcon - a con in Germany that started up in 2013 and are centered around the Hobbit and the Lord of the Rings films. The first year I didn't really cosplay, but last year I made both Éowyn's green gown and Pippin. This year I made dark Galadriel, and in this post I will show you how I made her and hopefully give you some helpful tips if you want to make her yourself.

Making Priscilla from Witcher 3

When I played Witcher 3 and Priscilla first made her appearance singing the gorgeous song Wolven Storm, I just knew I had to cosplay her. At first I didn't exactly know when to make her, but I finally decided on making her for Spillexpo, which focuses on games and gaming and was held in October 2015.

As mentioned in my previous post, I like to do things a little cheaper for Halloween, rather than wear any of my cosplays. That, however, does not mean I don't like to dress up. I love Halloween! And I love to dress up for it.

I kind of have a rule for Halloween. What I dress up as, needs to be in the scary or creepy category. This year I'm gearing up for a bit of that old ultra-violence as I'm doing a female version of the protagonist Alex from A Clockwork Orange.
